Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping where available. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Skincare products

  • Earrings

Damaged Items
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

In this case, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A gift card equal to the value of the item, which can be used on any future purchase

Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
